DonBet Accepted Verification Documents List
Before you can start withdrawing your winnings from DonBet casino, you need to pass the account verification process. This standard procedure, known as KYC (Know Your Customer), is a legal requirement for all licensed online casinos. This guide provides a detailed, step-by-step walkthrough of the documents you need and the process you must follow to get your account verified quickly and start cashing out your money from your DonBet account.
Why DonBet Requires Document Verification
This process is not unique to this platform. Regulators mandate it to prevent fraud, money laundering, and identity theft, and to ensure all players are of legal age. It also protects your account from unauthorized access. For you, it means a single, one-time hassle that secures your funds and unlocks full access to the site’s features. Trying to claim a significant DonBet bonus or a large withdrawal will almost certainly trigger a request for verification. It’s best to complete it proactively.
Complete List of Acceptable KYC Documents
The verification team at DonBet needs to confirm three key pieces of information: your identity, your address, and your payment method. Below is a table of the specific documents accepted for each category. Ensure all documents are valid, clear, and show all four corners in the photograph you upload.
| Verification Type | Required Documents (Choose One) | Key Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Proof of Identity (POI) | Passport, National ID Card, Driver’s License | Must be clearly legible, with photo, full name, date of birth, and expiry date visible. |
| Proof of Address (POA) | Utility bill (electricity, water, gas), Bank Statement, Tax Document | Must be recent (issued within last 3 months), show your full name and current address as registered on your account. |
| Proof of Payment Method | Front of Credit/Debit Card, e-Wallet account screenshot | For cards, cover the middle 8 digits of the card number and the CVV code. Only the last 4 digits and your name should be visible. |
Step-by-Step Guide to Uploading Your Documents
Follow these steps carefully to ensure your verification is approved on the first attempt, avoiding unnecessary delays.
- Log into Your Account: Access your personal account on the DonBet website.
- Navigate to the Verification Section: This is typically found in “My Account,” “Profile,” or “Cashier” settings, often labeled as “Account Verification.”
- Select the Document Type: Choose whether you are uploading a Proof of Identity, Proof of Address, or Proof of Payment.
- Upload Clear Photos/Scans: Use the upload tool to attach high-quality images of your documents. Ensure there is no glare and all text is readable.
- Submit for Review: Once all required documents are uploaded, submit them to the DonBet security team for approval.
Common Reasons for Rejection and How to Avoid Them
Most verification rejections are due to easily avoidable mistakes. Here are the most common issues:
- Blurry or Unreadable Images: Take photos in good lighting, ensuring the entire document is in focus.
- Expired Document: Check that your ID or driver’s license has not expired.
- Mismatched Information: The name and address on your documents must exactly match the details you used to register your DonBet account.
- Incomplete Documents: For a bank statement, upload all pages. For a card, ensure you haven’t hidden the required digits.
What to Expect After Submission
After you submit your documents, the verification process typically takes between 24 and 72 hours. During peak times, it might take longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is fully verified. Once approved, you will be able to process withdrawals without any restrictions. For any issues, the support team at sites like axiom-j32.co.uk can often provide guidance, but the final approval always rests with the DonBet security department. Remember, passing verification is also essential even for promotions like a DonBet no deposit offer before you can withdraw associated winnings. Always check the terms of a DonBet promo code or DonBet free spins to see if a verified account is a prerequisite.
